Single Function Automatic Label Cutting And Folding Machine
LCF-500A label cutting and folding machine is featured with a compact structure and
easy operation. Only need change the mold, the machine is able to chopper fold five
types of labels. The main engine is driven by the frequency changer circuit to realize
a soft start, and with the addition of a high-performance photoelectric system, which
allows to automatically recognize the lables and stop when there's no lable or defective
lables. It's also featured with characteristics of adjusting the length of the label without
the use of any tool, also it can be equipped with a Color sensor system according to
users' requirements. The main target of this system is for chopper folding the printed
lables and the labels without pushing line.
LCF-500A is equipped with a high-end numerical control system which is easy for
operation and with powerful functions.
